Photos of our days at Galveston Beach in June of 2005. The Beach is covered with a massive blanket of seaweed that stretches for miles and is at least a foot thick, sometimes, 2 feet and is at least 40-60 feet wide on the beach. The water is also raging with a riptide and thousands if not millions of Cabbage Head jelly fish.
Seaweed stretching for miles
This massive blanket of seaweed stretched for miles and was up to 2 feet thick in places, averaging about a foot thick and was anywhere from 40-60 feet wide above the low tide line.
