Photos of our days at Galveston Beach in June of 2005. The Beach is covered with a massive blanket of seaweed that stretches for miles and is at least a foot thick, sometimes, 2 feet and is at least 40-60 feet wide on the beach. The water is also raging with a riptide and thousands if not millions of Cabbage Head jelly fish.
7 January 05 Galveston Island
This house has been in use on Galveston Island since the early 1960's. It is made from an escape pod used by offshore oil workers. It is 2 stories and almost everything is built in. It has been through at least 3 hurricanes and withstood them with almost no damage other than losing a few shingles.
